How does the free trial work?: New members get the first 14 days free. Stripe takes your card at checkout and charges it when the trial ends. Cancel before then in Settings, then Membership, and you are not charged. The trial comes once per account.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time, from Settings, then Membership, in your account menu. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
What happens when Premium ends?: Your account stays, with everything in it. Premium features stop, and everything that is free stays free.
How does billing work?: Stripe handles payment. Your card goes to Stripe, never to Troutline. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year, until you cancel.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?: Yes. Open Settings, then Membership, in your account menu, and choose Manage billing.
